Navajo Nation Rug PAT

Handwoven Navajo wool rug featuring a bold geometric composition set against a vibrant orange field. The design is centered around stacked serrated diamond motifs in black and ivory, arranged vertically to create a strong symmetrical axis. Narrow horizontal bands of yellow, orange, and red frame the ends of the weaving, adding warmth and visual balance to the composition. The stepped edges of the central motifs produce the characteristic “lightning” effect typical of Navajo weaving traditions influenced by the Ganado style.
